Fixed Deposit Account
A minimum operating balance of Kshs.5,000 .
Minimum interest earning period of 6 months.
Forfeiture of all interest upon immature withdrawal.
6 months deposit will attract an interest rate of 3.5%.
12 months deposit will attract an interest rate of 8%.
The interest rate can be negotiated for amounts exceeding Kshs.1,000,000.
Account holders shall enjoy a ‘last respect’ insurance cover for deposits exceeding Kshs.150,000.
